Private lessons and group ski and snowboard courses for adults, children and organized groups.
The sporting hour is 55 minutes.
The prices of the lessons do not include accident insurance, therefore it is advisable to integrate it during the purchase of the lesson.
Lessons and courses take place regularly in all weather conditions; in the event that the weather conditions prevent the lifts from opening, the unused lessons can be recovered or reimbursed during the current season upon agreement with the Technical Management (penalty of 10% on the purchase price).
Lessons are not refundable, any delays or absences are not made up; interruptions due to illness or accident will be reimbursed only upon presentation of a medical certificate.
Payment for all services is made in advance; only the delivery to the teacher of the booking coupon allows the attendance of the lesson or course.
Group courses are not convertible into private lessons; failure to participate in the course for one or more days does not give the right to reimbursement except for the presentation of the medical certificate.
Skipass and equipment are not included in the price of the lesson. It is advisable to have the equipment in perfect working order; the use of a helmet is mandatory for children under 14.
The ski schools do not fall into the category of amateur sports associations indicated by Article 90, paragraph 17 and following of Law 289/2002. The lessons given to children between 5 and 18 years do not give the right to the tax deduction pursuant to art. 15 paragraph 1 d.p.r.n 917/86. Any request for the deduction must be presented before making the payment.
The Ski School guarantees the utmost confidentiality for the data communicated for tax compliance, such data will be used to send commercial information; if you do not wish to receive this information, please notify us at the time of booking. Law 2016/679.
General conditions of Sale
By placing an order on the online site www.freeski-roccaraso.it, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure, and to fully accept the general and payment conditions transcribed below .
Any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or compensation is excluded, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and / or things, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.
In the event of unexpected unavailability of the service and non-acceptance of the order, no charge will be made to the Customer.
The Ski School is exempt from VAT and is therefore exempted from the obligation to invoice pursuant to art. 36 / bis of the D.P.R. 633/1972 and subsequent amendments and additions.
The invoice is issued only at the express request of the customer to be disclosed at the time of payment.
How to purchase
Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by the system through an e-mail response sent to the e-mail address supplied by the Customer. This confirmation message will report the service purchased and the characteristics chosen during the purchase.
It is the Customer’s responsibility to register with the correct data.
Terms of payment
The purchase of the order is foreseen through payment by credit card. The card transaction takes place through a Virtual Pos service of the Cassa Rurale Alta Val di Fiemme that uses a secure server, through the Virtual Pay platform; at no time during the purchase procedure the electronic system of the e-commerce portal and no staff member is able to know the customer’s credit card number, which is provided by the customer to the secure server of the credit institution on a secure and encrypted internet connection according to the current standards of the online payments market. In case of payment by bank transfer, the course will be confirmed upon receipt of payment. The advance bank transfer must be made within 5 days from the order date.
After this deadline, the order will be automatically canceled from the system.
Currency: All amounts displayed on the website www.freeski-roccaraso.it are expressed in Euro, which is the reference currency.
Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal must be exercised in writing by the day of the conclusion of the contract as governed by art. 52 DL 206/2005 of the consumer code. Pursuant to the Consumer Code, there is no right of withdrawal starting from the day following the conclusion of the contract. Nevertheless, we agree the following conditions in case of cancellation:
Within 5 days 100% of the entire amount;
Within 4 days 50% of the entire amount;
Less than 4 days of the first day of class or course booked or in case of no show, no refund.
To exercise this right, the customer must send a communication to this effect to the Italian Ski and Freeski School Roccaraso within 1 day from the start of the lessons purchased. This communication must be sent by e-mail to [email protected]. Once the aforementioned notice of withdrawal has been received, the Italian Ski School Freeski Roccaraso will quickly communicate to the customer the instructions on how to return the amount.
Privacy
The personal data requested when placing the order are collected and processed in order to meet the express requests of the Customer and will in no case and for no reason be transferred to third parties. Scuola Italiana Sci Freeski Roccaraso guarantees its customers compliance with the legislation on the processing of personal data, governed by the privacy code referred to in Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

Applicable law
The sales contract between the customer and the Italian Ski School Freeski Roccaraso is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. For the solution of civil and criminal disputes deriving from the conclusion of this distance sales contract, if the Customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the reference forum of his / her municipality of residence; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Sulmona.
